Channelled Thought from Djwhal Khul

JV - Dear Master, have you got a message for me today?

DK - What we want to say to you is don't be afraid and always do what you want to and what you feel is right.

Don't be afraid of telling someone the truth. Too often you stop speaking the truth because you're frightened of upsetting them, but this is their choice as to how they react. It is better that they hear the truth than not.

You know there are many different ways to meditate. Your friend chooses Zen practice, where she experiences nothingness and sits like that for two hours. However, she states, “This is the proper way to meditate.” And she is correct, but only for her or others that use this technique. Others meditate in different ways. You choose deep contemplation wherein you receive lots of wisdom and answers to your questions.

Others experience visualisations and sometimes amazing adventures, or often quiet meetings with their Master and Spirit Guides. Others may see an occasional image or sign, which might be symbolic, such as your recent student who saw a large eye, which indicates that his third eye, his psychic abilities and spiritual awareness are opening up.

So, two lessons today! Meditation can vary in its many forms and means a lot to different people, there is not one ‘right' way to meditate. And lesson number two, speak your truth without fear. Holding back, through fear of thinking you will upset someone, when you may in fact hurt them by not introducing them to the many wisdoms that you teach.

Many thanks. Good day.
JV - Thank you Master
