And if you spend your time feeling sad about the past, or something that’s just happened, or spend your time feeling guilty about something you wish you had done differently – that’s also a complete waste of your precious energy and your precious time – because you can’t change the past! Forget it. Let it go, move on and enjoy this present moment!
You’ve probably heard the story about this moment being a gift because it’s the present?!
If you’re not having a particularly good time in any one “moment” – make a few plans so that you can do some things you enjoy doing so you can be happy. Write a list of things that make you happy – even simple little things around the home and when you’re on your own – and set a plan in place to do these things. Why aren’t you doing them now? Are you afraid of being happy? Don’t be!
