You are what you eat

Eat less salt. All processed food including breakfast cereals contact salt. Eat freshly prepared food and flavour with herbs, lemons and limes.

Drink more water. Water cleanses the body. Do not wait until you're thirsty to drink, but keep “topped-up” so you don't become dehydrated. Your skin will improve and your digestive system too.

 

Eat fruit, vegetables & beans. The more fresh fruit & veggies you eat, the more natural vitamins and minerals you will get. You will also get the natural fibre into your body to help your digestive system from these food items. Make sure they're fresh.

Fish and chicken. These creatures provide natural oils and proteins and were provided by Mother Nature for this purpose. Even plants have spirits, so this is not a reason to become a vegetarian. Just give thanks for everything God put on this wonderful planet and don't be wasteful.

 

Treat yourself! Indulge in a little chocolate, a glass of wine or an ice cream or dessert every now and again to satisfy your Self's desire. “A little of what you fancy does you good!” But don't over-indulge … if you feel “guilty”, you'll know you have!
