Acceptance

If you are currently facing a problem or a challenging situation, just take a step back and, simply accept it.

You might be in a relationship you don't want to be in, or your relationship may not be going as smoothly as you wish. You might feel that it's because the other person is at fault.

 

Try to understand where they're coming from, that this may be challenging for them also, and then accept that this is how it is, right now; there's nothing you can do to change it, so just accept it and work with it. Ask God, your spirit guide or your guardian angel to help you accept it, and you will find you are better able to cope.

When you battle against something or somebody the energy will be resistant and it will be harder to solve. By accepting it, the energy will be pliable and things will ease.

Each of us has our own challenges, and each of us has to face them a step at a time. Acceptance of our personal challenges – usually chosen by us to help us learn and grow – will help us to face them with courage.

 

Sometimes we see another's problem and see the answer “staring us in the face”! It's so obvious what they should do, but when we are in the middle of our own challenge, it's not so easy to be rational and courageous. So, just try accepting the situation and you may find it easier to handle.

And don't forget to SMILE!
