Be True to Yourself
|
To be true to yourself means being honest with yourself. And you can't be completely happy until you are completely honest with yourself.
Once you've decided to be honest with yourself, if you are unhappy with anything in your life, however small, however large, you'll have to change it. Your job maybe, a relationship, the way you do your hair - and create a new life for yourself. |

You, may, of course, love your partner, enjoy your work and your family and friends, and that's wonderful. But if there is any aspect of your life that you are uncomfortable with, this means you are not being true to yourself. For example, do you wear the clothes you do to keep other people in your life happy, or are you freely expressing yourself through your clothing? |

Until we are completely true to ourselves, we cannot get as close to God as we would like to.
You see, He with the all-seeing eye, Him up there, knows your truth! So until you start being true to it, He'll know! |
